Shipping informations

Noting that delivery and shipping do not directly belong to Bikerlab.com but to the Seller, it is nevertheless known that the delivery of the products will be by express courier and that Bikerlab is constantly working with suppliers to optimize product delivery procedures.

What are the shipping times?

Unless otherwise indicated, the delivery times of products with the standard shipping method are as follows:

  • 24-48 hours for Italy
  • 48-72 hours for Europe
  • 3 or more working days for countries outside Europe

The times indicated above are considered after 24 hours from the order confirmation date, on working days.

The times are indicative and not strictly binding for Bikerlab.com. In any case, delivery will take place no later than thirty (30) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs vary depending on the seller and are usually indicated on the product page and / or in the cart. The costs may vary for particularly large products or if the supplier has entered incorrect information on the product.

Bikerlab reserves the right to notify the customer if the shipping costs indicated are not correct at the time of purchase and reserves the right to refund or request compensation from the customer for any price difference.

What happens if I don't receive a product?

In case of non-delivery of the goods within the agreed term or within the period of thirty days, the Customer must invite Bikerlab.com to ensure that the seller delivers within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances and is entitled to terminate the contract only if the additional term thus granted expires without the goods having been delivered to him.

What happens if a product is not available?

In the event of unavailability of one or more products, subsequent to the order confirmation, Bikerlab.com will inform the Customer via e-mail, except in the event that the remaining products ordered by the Customer are ordered to be shipped.

In this case the Customer has the right to receive the return of the price corresponding to the product by voucher or through other unavailable products.

The purchase contract will remain valid only for the products actually shipped as per the "shipping confirmation" and the Customer will not be able to refuse the partial delivery or payment of the goods actually delivered, nor will he have the right to obtain compensation or compensation.

Can I change the shipping address?

The Customer may choose the place for the delivery of the purchased product, indicating the place of collection / delivery / shipment, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Once the products have been paid for, the customer will be able to make changes to the place of shipment within and no later than the receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Once the shipping confirmation has been received, no change will be more feasible and / or considered, nor refundable.

What happens if I am not at home on delivery?

Upon delivery, there must be a subject deemed by Italian law to be able to understand and wish.

In the case of unavailability of the recipient, many couriers carry out a second or third attempt, placing the package in stock in case of continuous unavailability.

If the courier is unable to deliver the products, they will be returned to the supplier; however, the cost of the service will still be charged to the Customer.

In the event that the products are not collected by the recipient due to an error of the courier or the seller, the products will be returned to the seller, but the cost of the service can be reimbursed to the Customer.
